Each year, parishes are asked to prepare and create an Annual Report to Parishioners (ARP), as highlighted in canon 1287. This year, in conjunction with Partners in the Gospel, Whatcom Catholic compiled all of the ARP into one document to include all 7 churches, Assumption Catholic School, and the Viking Catholic ministry.
