To continually grow closer to our Lord Jesus, we should regularly spend time learning more about His life and our Catholic tradition. That’s why St. Joseph offers adult faith formation. Throughout the year we host video series and discussions, bible studies, an annual Lenten retreat, and other opportunities for spiritual growth. Foundations of Faith
St Joseph, Ferndale
Foundations of Faith is a study of the Catechism of the Catholic Church. This video-based program explores the definitive summary of Catholic belief and practice through the lens of Sacred Scripture and Tradition. Featuring insights from teachers such as Fr. Mike Schmitz and Dr. Edward Sri, the course is filmed at historic sites where the faith was defined and clarified. The program consists of twenty sessions divided into four five-week modules. These modules repeat on a rotating basis, allowing participants to join the study at the start of any five-week session. This is an invitation to sit with the wisdom of the Church and explore the foundations of the faith.
