If you used recurring giving in 2023 or before, please take a moment to cancel your recurring gift on the old platform. Here’s how:
- Login to your church on the old platform. This link will open a new tab or window so that you can still refer to these steps: St. Joseph, Ferndale | St. Anne, Blaine | St. Joachim, Lummi
- In the Log In section, enter your email and password
- In the My Scheduled Transactions section, click Delete under the Action column
- Click the Edit Account button
- Next to Credit Card or Checking Account, click Delete
Why is this happening?
The Archdioceses of Seattle has negotiated a great rate for all its parishes to use the new giving platform. That means lower fees so your gifts go even further. Plus the new giving platform is easier to use and has many new and improved features over our old platform. We ask that everyone on the old platform move to the new platform as soon as possible.
